Fever is a good book based on the events of the yellow fever epidemic in 1793. It has an engaging plot that follows a young girl Mattie through the events of the epidemic in which she takes up many responsibilities.

Kanopy provides access to one of the most unique collections of films in the world – including award-winning documentaries, training films and theatrical releases – on every topic imaginable. Users can view 8 films per month with their account. Mobile apps and a Roku channel are available.
The OverDrive/Northern California Digital Library collection has ebooks and eAudiobooks for beginning readers, kids, teens, and adults. OverDrive titles are compatible with most devices, including smartphones, tablets, computers, and Kindles.
hoopla is a digital media service where you can check out movies, television, ebooks, audiobooks, and music. Thousands of titles are available for streaming or temporary download to your computer, smart phone or tablet. Check out movies for 3 days, music albums for 7 days and ebooks and audiobooks for 21 days. 5 titles per user per month.
Sometimes it's good to take a break from your homework and give your mind a rest. Kick back and watch the jellyfish float gracefully across the screen. Or, who can resist penguin and otters?
National
Aquarium. Baltimore is known for its renowned aquarium, and now you can
watch jellyfish, blacktip reef sharks, and coral reef firsthand thanks to three
livestreams. While the livestreams are only available during business hours,
views can watch pre-recorded segments at their own convenience during off
hours.
Monterey Bay Aquarium. The
MBA has nine Live Cams for you to view: Aviary, Jellyfish, Moon Jelly, Kelp
Forest, Monterey Bay, Open Sea, Penguin, Sea Otter, and Shark. Some of the Cams have narrated feeding.
San Diego Zoo. The Zoo currently has twelve Live Cams from
condor to platypus to tiger. They also
have archived Live Cam footage of the pandas that have been repatriated to the
People’s Republic of China in 2019.

The
Albertina. This museum in the heart of Vienna, Austria, allows you to
view collections by medium, such as chalk, pen, and watercolor. Taking the
museum tour allows you to explore the building and view the gorgeously
decorated rooms, including statues of Greek gods and more.
The Benaki
Museum. Specializing in Greek art from prehistoric to times, an interactive map allows viewers to navigate
from room to room in this Athens museum. Some exhibits also have an audio
component. If you'd like to delve a little deeper into the collection, the audio makes
that easy and informative.
National
Museum of Scotland. This museum, based in Edinburgh, specializes
in Scottish antiquities, culture and history. The digital tour takes a little
bit of trial and error to navigate, but you are able to spotlight noteworthy collections as well as offering virtual
tours of the building.
Musée d’Orsay, Paris. You can virtually walk through this popular gallery that
houses dozens of famous works from French artists who worked and lived between
1848 and 1914. Get a peek at artworks from Monet, Cézanne, and Gauguin, among
others.
Tokyo
National Museum. Discover paintings, sculptures, textiles, clay, and ceramics
at this renowned art museum, which allows you to wander the rooms as if you
were there. As you browse the halls, you can select individual items for an
up-close look and more information about specific items.
