Ordinance Imposing a Limited Term Special Tax
Shall the County of Santa Cruz be authorized to impose a limited term special tax within the unincorporated portion of the County of Santa Cruz solely for fiscal years 1982-83, 1983-84, and 1984-85 to provide funding for repair and improvement of County public roads, bridges and other facilites damaged by storm and to improve the capacity of public storm drainage systems and other public facilites to withstand future storms, such tax not to exceed annually $15.00 for unimproved parcels of land; $30.00 for parcels improved with single-family dwellings or with other structures; and $90.00 for parcels improved for specified major uses, and the authorization to impose such tax to expire, absolutely, on June 30, 1985, all as specified in County Ordinance No. 3203?
