Community Facilities District No.1 (Felton) bond
Shall Community Facilities District No.1 (Felton) be authorized to incur debt and issue bonds in the maximum amount of $11,000,000 to acquire water system improvements, levy a special tax based on water meter size as shown below, and establish an appropriations limit equal to the proceeds of the special tax, all as set forth in the Resolution of Formation?
