Description: | Parents Helping Parents (PHP) is a non-profit, community-based, parent-directed family resource center. PHP provides lifetime guidance, supports and services to children with any special need, their families and the professionals who serve them. |
Mission: | PHP's mission is to help children and adults with special needs receive the support and services they need to reach their full potential by providing information, training, and resources to build strong families and improve systems of care. |
