| Description: | Medical Department: Hours: Monday-Thursday 8:00am-7:00pm, Friday 8:00am-5:00pm Saturday: CLOSED Dental Department: Hours: Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm Saturday:CLOSED Optometry Department: Hours: Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm Saturday:CLOSED Wellness Services and Counseling: Hours: Tuesday 1:30pm-4:00pm; Wednesday and Thursday 8:00am-5:00pm; Friday 1:30pm-4pm. Our clinics are staffed by a team of health care professionals who work together to guide your care. Our medical staff includes physicians, physician assistants, nurse practitioners, a nurse midwife, a nutritionist, and medical assistants. All Salud practitioners provide the highest quality care, and we provide continuity of care through agreements, affiliations and referrals to other providers when we do not provide a particular service. We emphasize continuous quality improvement including in our customer service. We encourage maximum continuing medical education to ensure best practices in all areas. FEES: sliding scale, Medi-Cal, CHDP, Healthy Families/Healthy Kids, private insurance and payment plans are accepted. |
