| Description: | Community Bridges Meals on Wheels provides a daily visit and a nutritious meal to help support independence for vulnerable elders and disabled residents. Anyone over age 60 is eligible to receive home delivered meals through Meals on Wheels of Santa Cruz County, regardless of income level. A suggested donation of $2.50 per meal is requested, but no senior will be denied if they do not have the ability to pay. As of March 2020, Meals on Wheels for Santa Cruz County has temporarily shutdown its five congregate dinning sites across the county. |
