Programs that employ special education teachers who have advanced training in the education of individuals who have exceptional needs to provide instructional planning, special instruction, tutorial services or other instructional services for students in special programs and/or in regular classrooms. Students receive assistance with specific learning problems in their regular or special classroom setting or are pulled out for a portion of the day for instruction in special learning centers.
