Programs that provide consultation, training or contractual services for human service organizations, small businesses and other groups that need assistance in developing and implementing effective orientation and inservice training programs to meet the ongoing needs of staff. Included are assistance in conducting needs assessment activities, establishing training objectives, designing a training curriculum, assembling human and material resources required for training delivery, evaluating the effectiveness of the training and utilizing evaluation results to improve future training.
