Individuals appointed by the court to serve as agents for children placed for adoption who want to establish contact with their birth parents and/or for parents who want to establish contact with a child who was relinquished for adoption. If neither party has put in writing the instruction that they do not wish to be contacted, the intermediaries can establish contact with the parents on behalf of the child or the child on behalf of the parent.
