Description: | Backcountry Medical Guides is a local Santa Cruz non-profit whose mission is to prevent loss of life in remote wilderness environments. We do this by educating the skilled guides and the public about wilderness medicine and safety in a series of Wilderness First Aid and Wilderness First Responder Courses. |
Mission: | Non Profit since 2012, BMG's mission has been to create a safer global community in remote and wild places. This mission is reached through both personal practice, and education in wilderness, maritime, and remote medical care. |
