Programs that specialize in providing the form of movement training developed by Moshe Feldenkrais which utilizes heightened attention to slow, precise movements to improve posture, flexibility, coordination and ease and range of motion, and thereby enhance overall functioning. The method has two forms: Awareness Through Movement (ATM) in which groups of students perform movements at the verbal direction of a practitioner; and Functional Integration (FI), an individualized program in which the practitioner guides the student's movements by touch.
