As the 2024 Presidential General Election approaches, there’s never been a better time to plan ahead and make sure you’re ready to hit the polls and cast your vote.
- Confirm You are Registered to Vote
- Register to Vote Online or at your local Library Branch on September 17th.
- Vote by Mail Drop Boxes available at our Aptos Branch and Capitola Branch from October 7th to November 5th at 8:00p.m.
- Vote Center at our Scotts Valley Branch open from October 26th through November 5th. The hours are Saturdays/Sundays 9am-5pm. Mondays-Fridays 8am-5pm and Tuesday November 5th (Election Day) 7am-8pm. Anyone from anywhere in the county can get their ballot and vote at any Vote Center open in the county!

- The California Secretary of State's Office offers an MP3 audio format that can be streamed or downloaded on their website at voterguide.sos.ca.gov/en/alt-versions/

- You can listen to election materials on the Braille and Talking Book Library (BTBL) digital talking book machine!
