Description: | Equal Rights Advocates (ERA) is a national civil rights organization dedicated to protecting and expanding economic and educational access and opportunities for women and girls. Equal Rights Advocates has transformed the law for hundreds of thousands of women and girls for over four decades through impact litigation, advice and counseling, and policy reform. Advice and Counseling Hotline ERA's Advice and Counseling Service and Hotline is here to help you understand your legal rights. We assist thousands each year.
